Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey optional for balance
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley plus more for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.

Prepare Salmon:

  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down on baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.

Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish & Serve:

  • Sprinkle with parsley, add fresh lemon slices, and drizzle with remaining butter sauce.

Notes

💡 Don’t overbake — salmon continues cooking slightly after it’s removed from the oven.
