Pizza Pinwheels – Freezer-Friendly School Lunch

If your kids love pizza (and whose don’t?), these Pizza Pinwheels are about to become your new best friend. They take 15 minutes to make, freeze beautifully for up to 3 months, and thaw perfectly in a lunch box by noon.
The concept is simple: spread pizza sauce and cheese on a tortilla, roll it up, slice into pinwheels, and freeze. No oven required, no complicated steps — just pure lunchbox joy that tastes like pizza day at school, except better.
Make a big batch on Sunday and you’ll have weeks of lunches sorted. Pair them with some fresh fruit and veggies in a great bento box and you’ve got a balanced meal that actually gets eaten.

- Transfer frozen pinwheels to a labeled freezer bag. Keeps for up to 3 months.
