Banana Oat Energy Bites – No-Bake School Snack

These Banana Oat Energy Bites are the healthy sweet treat that belongs in every lunch box. No baking required, naturally sweetened with honey, and packed with fiber from oats and flaxseed.
Best of all? Kids can help make them. Measuring, stirring, and rolling into balls is the kind of kitchen activity that even toddlers can join in on.
One batch makes about 24 bites — that’s nearly a month of school snacks from 10 minutes of work. They freeze perfectly and taste great slightly chilled straight from the lunch box.
